The International Swimming Federation (FINA) was founded in 1908 not by an accident, but by intent. George W. Hearn, Secretary of M the Federation cites the creation of this international institution as the result of increased international contacts in sport, and especially to the TC of the Olympic Games. The way in which the tournament was held raised the opposition that resulted from the London International Conference on 19 June 1908. With the outbreak of World War II, continuous progress ceased again (1940-1945)، because the war prevented international contact in sport. With the end of the second tough war, it took more than a year for FINA Executive Heyen to gather in London on 14 June 1946. The period of World War II ended in 1950, and sports contacts grew more and more.in 1958, FINA celebrated its fiftieth anniversary.
