Malik Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) is a mixed-use financial district located near Malik Fahd Road in Al-Aqiq District of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, managed by Malik Abdullah Financial District Development and management company (KAFD DMC). A wholly owned subsidiary of the kingdom's Public Investment Fund, the area was previously managed by Raida Investment Corporation on behalf of the kingdom of Saudi Arabia's Pension Agency. The district is the largest LEED certified financial center in the world.
