Organization of the human genome, or in the brevity, HUGO, adapted from the same name in English, is an organization involved in research related to mapping, genetics and the Human Genome Project. This organization in 1989 as the second international was launched. Of duty, the base of the Organization committee, a subgroup of it, the creation and standardization of nomenclature of species, genes, and proteins the human is defined.
