( Testicular Sperm Aspiration ) Iodine is a simple and minimally invasive method of sperm extraction in obstructive and non-obstructive iodospermia. In this method, under local anesthesia, a very narrow needle is directed into the testicle and with a syringe with high suction power, sperm is removed frequently from the testicle.
